A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, April 4, 2000, at 10 a.m. She is survived by her devoted husband, Frank their nine children and spouses, Gary and Jean Curley, Craig and Susan Curley, Bruce and Patricia Curley, Thomas and Jacalyn Curley, Kevin and Kathy Curley, Kathy and Gary Hevey, William and Erica Curley, James and Denise Curley, and Susan and Sam Little and 18 grandchildren. Curley were known as avid campers who traveled the nation as members of many camping and motor home organizations. She also became involved with Ward Four politics, a hobby which she greatly enjoyed, and successfully helped elect her husband and later a son to the Burlington City Council. ![]() Beyond raising her family, she found time to serve as co-president of the C.P. After a short career in business, she began her lifelong vocation, raising nine children and 18 grandchildren, who will sorely miss her. They were lifelong residents of Burlington and communicants of St. Joseph’s Church, where they renewed their wedding vows last summer on the occasion of their golden anniversary. She attended Burlington High School, where she was a drummer in the school band, graduating in 1948. She was born July 19, 1929, the only daughter of Earl and Marie (Dorey) Miller. She was surrounded at the time of her death by members of her loving family.
